After many years and countless man hours of testing and development, Liquid Customs has finally developed a hydro dipping activator that we are proud to call our own! With so many films on the market, finding a “Universal” hydro-dipping activator has been an endless endeavor, until now! With your gun set up correctly, just spray the activator according to the directions and watch the magic happen! This activator can typically be sprayed in one pass to correctly activate the film. Depending on the gun setup, additional passes may be required.

WHAT IS A WATER TRANSFER PRINTING?
Water transfer printing, also known as hydro dipping and hydrographics, is a popular and professional way to add design and graphical interest to your product. It involves preparing an item with a primer and a base coat, then dipping it into a water-soluble film in water with an activator. This method allows the print to smoothly cover all the angles, nooks, and crannies of any object smoothly producing an excellent print.
IS WATER TRANSFER PRINTING DURABLE?
Water transfer printing is extremely durable after gloss paint on the surface, resistant to scratching, chipping, and fading. With the best quality prints, the print will last as long as the item it is printed on. If you decided you wanted it changed, it would always be a simple matter of just painting over it. A great advantage of this method of printing.
WHAT IS THE ACTIVATOR FOR WATER TRANSFER PRINTING?
The activator could be described as the secret ingredient. The activator is applied onto the film as it floats on the water, it then dissolves the film-forming it into a liquid and preparing it for the item to be dipped.
HOW THICK IS THE HYDRO DIPPING FILM?
The thickness of our film is 30μm and 40μm. And comes in .50 meter wide or 1 meter wide of film!
